Hi, we’re John and Nikki, the husband-and-wife team behind Kapture This Photobooth Co.

Our story began in Houston and now continues in Katy, Texas, where we raise our blended family of five. With over 20 years of combined customer service and design experience, we bring a unique eye for style and a passion for creating unforgettable celebrations.

We love meeting new people, traveling, and making memories with our own family—and we infuse that same joy into every event we serve. We launched Kapture This Photobooth in 2025 to help others elevate life’s biggest moments and capture them in lasting, shareable ways.

FAQ

Do you print photos on-site?
We’re digital-first with instant text/email/QR sharing. On-site prints are available upon request.

How much space and power do you need?
A 8’×8’ area is ideal. One standard 120V outlet; We also have our own batteries.

How early do you arrive and who runs it?
We arrive 45–60 minutes early for setup. A pro attendant stays on-site to assist guests and keep everything running smoothly.

Do you need Wi-Fi at the venue?
It’s helpful for instant sharing, but not required. If Wi-Fi is unavailable, we always have a reliable hot spot.

When do we get the photos?
Digital shares are instant in the moment sent via text or email. A shareable online gallery is delivered within 24 hours. Available to instantly download and share.

How do booking and payments work?
Our booking page walks you through, providing you with a proposal of services chosen + any add ons. A signed agreement and retainer secure your date; the balance is due before the event. We accept major cards. We also accept Venmo or Cash App.
